Nick Simpson - Principal
Nick has a wide breadth of experience in corporate, commercial and property law. Also admitted to practice in England and Wales, Nick began his legal career working for Freshfields, London, before joining the corporate and commercial department of Denton Wilde Sapte, London.
In London, Nick primarily specialised in international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company flotations and offerings, travelling the world advising clients such as Gazprom, Petronas, Shell, The Discovery Channel, Korean National Oil Corporation, The Rugby Football Union and Liberty Media.
On his arrival in Australia, Nick worked with Blake Dawson Waldron advising government agencies including Defence, Health and Immigration and statutory authorities such as the National Library on a variety of procurement, tendering and out-sourcing matters.
Nick established his own practice in early 2004, before acquiring established conveyancing practice North Shore Conveyancing Company in August 2005. He currently advises individuals and small businesses on property and commercial matters.

Heath Kiely - Solicitor
Heath Kiely was admitted to practice as a solicitor in April 2005 following a change in careers from registered Podiatrist (admitted in 1997) and a year and a half sabbatical playing Rugby Union in the United Kingdom in 2000 - 2001.
Heath commenced his career in law in September 2001 as a law clerk in Sydney, working predominantly in the areas of Personal Injury and Workers Compensation, while studying law at the same time. Following admission as a Solicitor in April 2005, Heath spent 9 months on the mid-north coast of NSW working for Walker Smith Solicitors in Taree and Forster, principally in Criminal Law through the Legal Aid Duty Solicitor Scheme and Aboriginal Legal Service.
In May 2005 Heath returned to Sydney and joined Simpson Legal with the intention of establishing a solid local client base around the Manly and North Sydney areas with particular interest in Criminal and Compensation law coupled with general Civil and Family Law litigation.
Heath spends his spare time consumed in Rugby Union. When not playing for the Manly Marlins he is avidly supporting the Waratahs and the Wallabies.
